Head Of Operations

At a time of strong investment in digitalization, the national group is looking for a Head of Operations to work in the accounting services business unit, focusing on serving healthcare professionals, as well as other segments.As Head of the area, your primary challenge will be to play the role of technical manager in structuring and optimizing the operation, in addition to cultivating and improving relationships with customers. The professional will also be responsible for forming and leading a high-performance team, while reporting directly to the Commercial Director.Main responsabilities:Prepare/check the monthly balance sheets (accounting and management), aiming to ensure that they correctly reflect the economic and financial situation of the companies;Analyze accounting information and prepare reports (specific and occasional) for external clients;Manage tax bookkeeping activities and the monthly calculation of Taxes for Real Profit, Presumed and Simples Nacional companies, aiming to ensure that all taxes (ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, ICMS and others) are calculated and collected in the form of the law, including compliance with ancillary obligations;Work on the development and expansion of the business unit's operations through customer relationships, monitoring new opportunities and market studies;Assessment of the competitive, strategic and operational performance of the business, looking for points that can be improved or reoriented.Tax planning: monitoring, interpretation and implementation of processes and/or improvements to adapt the company's processes to comply with legislation.Requiriments:Complete degree in Accounting Sciences, with active CRC;Experience in business development and customer service in service companies;Experience in structuring processes and creating teams is desirable;Solid knowledge of accounting software and financial reporting tools;Orientation towards results and organizational skills in a dynamic work environment.Benefits:Monthly remuneration in the corporate contracting format.#J-18808-Ljbffr
