Graduate Program - Financial Trainee

You can choose to join either the Financial Control & Accounting (FCA) team or the Volvo Trucks team! Check out the requirements for each one: Graduate Program FCAMain Responsibilities:Provide support to our Shared Services Center (India/Poland) in executing financial routines.Perform financial activities related to payments, bank reconciliation, cash flow, and bank relationship management.Handle customer, supplier, and employee service activities.Prepare managerial financial reports using data visualization platforms - BI (Business Intelligence).Actively participate in improvement projects focusing on data analysis, digitalization,and process automation. , Graduate Program FCARequired Skills:Ability to work in multicultural teams (India and Poland).Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel.Knowledge of Data Analytics and/or Business Intelligence tools (Power BI).Desirable:Experience in Accounts Payable, Treasury, or Controlling.Experience with any programming language.Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).Knowledge of Lean philosophy.Education:Bachelors degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, IT, or relatedfields.Fluent in English.
