Macher Tecnologia is recruiting two Backend Developers (Go) with C# experience, to support one of its clients developing software technologies for the transportation industry.As the work will be performed globally, English (business / fluent) is a must-have. The selected professional will join us at our Rio de Janeiro office, on a remote setting, or at Porto Alegre. Only candidates from these locations will be considered.As a Backend Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, andmaintaining the backend systems that drive the Mobile Video Applications for Transit. Yourexpertise will ensure scalability, performance, and security, allowing our client to deliver exceptional user experiences to its customers.Responsibilities: Architect, design, implement, test, and deliver highly scalable products. Continuously improve our development process and code base Mentor others in development technologies, tools, and processes. Develop test strategies, design automation frameworks, write unit/functional tests todrive up code coverage and automation metrics. Diagnose and resolve product related customer issues.Required Qualifications (Mandatory): Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent Experience: Relevant professional software development experience, delivering critical solutions on complex environments English Conversational level, to interact with peers globallySkills: Deep knowledge of least one of the programming languages: GoLang, C# Proven experience in database technologies such as SQL, PL/SQL, and relationaldatabase schema design Experience with transport protocols such as SFTP, HTTPS and working in a micro services architecture Good understanding of web technologies, such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML5 Experience in cloud tools and technologies such as Azure, Docker, Kubernetes. Experience in automated testing including unit and functional testing.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with: Building video management and streaming applications Big data and analytics platforms, AI/ML Experience working networking protocols and Wi-Fi, Cellular communicationtechnologies.
