Let's make history together?We are seeking a Global Tax Compliance Manager (Brazil and Caribbean Region) based in Brazil, to be part of a high growth technology and payments company with a solid track record of delivering high value to our customers. Overall, the Tax Compliance teams are responsible for verifying the tax procedure adopted in all countries in which we operate.As a Tax Manager will be responsible for: Coordinate and lead the Tax Compliance team to ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations;Coordinate and lead external tax advisors and BPOs;Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's short, medium and long-term financial results;Provide direct support to external and internal tax audits;Guide business decisions with strategic insights into tax issues;Continuously evaluate the best tax scenarios to optimize the company's operations. Main requirements for this position: Degree in accounting, law, or administration;Comprehensive knowledge of tax legislation and regulations, especially regarding Brazilian tax legislation (mainly CIT, Pis&Cofins, IOF and ISS);Skills in CIT Tax Planning;Experience with leadership and team development;Excellent communication and teamwork skills;Advanced knowledge of Excel;Fluent English.
