As a Global Process Automation Specialist for Customer Operations Data & Analytics, you will play a key role in delivering and enhancing new digitization & Process Automation Solutions through state-of-the-art technologies. In this role you will be connected with stakeholders across IT and Customer Operations/Business Departments delivering value and agility by automating critical process and helping 3M achieve excellence in Customer Operations services.
The impact you will make in this role
· Identify, map, and document potential processes for enhanced solutions (PDDs)
· Assess technical feasibility of proposed solutions
· Design, develop, implement, and maintain new innovative solutions for manual processes
· Leverage benchmark frameworks and SOP as well as IT-defined guidelines for day-to-day activities
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
· Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Engineering or related areas
· Experience as an automation developer
· Experience with programming languages – Python, C#, .Net
· Experience with SQL / NoSQL
· Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc)
· Advanced/Fluent English is required
· Curious, analytical, and problem-solver
