Participates in defining the production plan together with the Logistics and Sales areas, as well as evaluating the results of the production unit in quantitative and qualitative aspects.How You'll Make an Impact•Achieving revenue targets, implementing action plans to adapt and optimize available resources (technical, human and financial) to sales and customer service needs, with safety, quality, deadlines and profitability.•Continuously seeking to reduce costs and improve quality indices, implementing plans and encouraging the development of a quality culture for your team.•Contributing to the implementation of the sales program, through the coordination of work involving the preparation of offers and orders that meet customer specifications at competitive costs.•Meeting customer needs in relation to the company's products, ensuring all the technical characteristics of the components involved with improved technology concepts, which meet market requirements, with competitive costs and within current quality standards and regulations.•Maintaining stock levels within ideal demand targets, through managing the input of raw materials into the process, as well as reducing the length of time products remain in stock.•Ensuring compliance with contractual schedules and planned costs for the works, monitoring and evaluating the progress of services, identifying and analyzing potentially critical cases and interacting with your team in order to seek the necessary alternatives to meet commitments with customers.•Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective technical assistance for deviations identified in the field.•Preparing and controlling the investment and expense plan for your area in accordance with the company's business plan;•Seeking continuous quality improvement, through training and dissemination, as well as compliance with the objectives, policies, principles, standards and procedures contained in the Quality System.•Coordinate Research and Development activities effectively seeking new technologies, products and processes aiming at the technological forefront to ensure the competitiveness and profitability of the distribution transformer business.•Interacting with other business units, both within Mercosur and in other subsidiaries around the world, in the search for strategic alignment and technology transfer agreements.What you Bring•Area of formation (bachelor) : Electrical or Mechanical Engineering•Languages this person must speak: English and Portuguese•Experience in Leadership positions in Production area (desirable with Transformers)•know how of business excellence methodologies like 6 sigm and TPMAbout the teamA motivated and experienced team with big challenges ahead, looking different ways to move forward, really focusing on delivering results through continuous improvement processes application.Who is Siemens Energy?At Siemens Energy, we are more than just an energy technology company.
