Front-End React EngineerRemoteLong-term contractMy client is a FinTech organisation looking for an experienced Front End Developer to join their team remotely.Summary:As a Front-End React Engineer,you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of their products. You will work with cutting-edge technologies such as NextJS 14, TypeScript, React 18, and Reshaped to build responsive and themable user interfaces.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the design and product teams to translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality user interfaces.Develop responsive and themable user interfaces using NextJS 14, React 18, and TypeScriptImplement efficient and reusable components, leveraging React Suspense for data fetching and rendering optimization.Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility of our applications.Optimize front-end performance and ensure a smooth user experience.Write clean and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards.Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end development trends and technologies.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.Collaborate with back-end developers and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features on time.Requirements:Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your React projects.Proficiency in NextJS 13 or 14, React 18, TypeScript, and modern front-end development tools.Familiarity with Reshaped for creating themable user interfaces is a plus.Strong understanding of responsive web design principles.Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Mobx) is a plus.Knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and agile development environment.
