FP&A / Performance Management Coordinator Main responsibilities: As Performance Management professional, you'll be responsible for: Perform monthly activities for reporting the management performance by business line, both in revenues and expenses; Coordination and modelling costs financials for Budget and Forecast scenarios; Prepare reports and analyze actuals vs prior year's actuals, and actuals vs budget, and present to senior management; Be able to manage priorities for yourself and from other junior team members; Review existing processes, decommissioning of tasks with low effectiveness, and propose enhancement to processes maintained; Focus on soft automation of existing processes, so data and reports preparation are less time consuming. Position Requirements: Graduation in Business, Accounting, Economy, Engineering or others co-related graduation; Fluent in Portuguese and English; Advanced Excel; Proficiency in Alteryx and Power BI (desirable); Good communication and interpersonal skills; Organized, ability to multi-task and prioritize demands, under a high pressure environment.
