Independently Lead Business finance partnering with the IdTech Business Teams, evoke productive discussions around business performance wrt. Revenue analysis and critical drivers, cost control, and committed margins2. Independently analyze various aspects of Budgeting, including Top-Down, Bottom-up, and zero-based Budgeting3. Periodic forecasting, including monthly forecasting of business and accounting P&Ls, rolling forecast for P&L as well as cash flow4. Variance analysis of budgets vs. actuals, budgets vs. rolling forecasts, and forecasts vs. actuals5. Building and Analysing Product P&Ls6. CAC Analysis7. Review actual Cash flows and forecast cash in hand8. PR/PO/GL dump analysis leading to costing insights that encourage zero-based costingDesirable QualificationsCA/US CPA (first attempt)Essential Skill Sets1.
