Typically, a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in business analysis or project management (such as CBAP, PMI-PBA) can be advantageous. Experience with Oracle BRM : ? Functional experience in implementing Oracle Billing & Revenue Management or similar Billing & Rating solutions, particularly in the fintech sector. This includes familiarity with billing operations, pricing configurations, customer management, and revenue assurance. Industry Experience: ? Experience working in the fintech industry, understanding its regulatory environment, financial products, and technology needs. Knowledge of payment systems, digital wallets, or banking interfaces is beneficial. Project Management Skills : ? Ability to manage projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of IT solutions. Experience with Agile methodologies or Scrum frameworks can be particularly useful. Bilingual Proficiency: ? Fluency in both English and Portuguese, enabling effective communication with local teams in Brazil as well as international stakeholders. Analytical Skills: ? Strong analytical capabilities to assess business requirements, conduct gap analyses, and translate business needs into technical solutions. Technical Proficiency: ? Understanding of software development life cycles, database management, and basic programming concepts. Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, or other scripting languages used in Oracle environments. Gathering and defining business requirements from internal and external stakeholders. ? Working closely with IT teams to design and implement Oracle BRM solutions that align with business goals. ? Ensuring that the Oracle BRM system integrates seamlessly with other fintech platforms and services. ? Conducting user training sessions and preparing user manuals and documentation. ? Overseeing testing phases, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing. ? Providing ongoing support and system enhancements post-implementation to improve performance and adapt to new business needs.
