The opportunityBy working closely with the Global team in a dynamic business environment, this job opportunity allows you to work across various functional team to enhance your strategic thinking and project management skills.Job Responsibilities Spearhead strategic analysis of business processes within the shared services center, employing advanced methodologies to identify opportunities for innovation, optimization, and operational excellence.Lead cross-functional teams in comprehensive assessments to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and maximize cost-effectiveness.Develop predictive models and scenario analyses to support evidence-based decision-making at all levels of the organization.Presenting financial data and insights in a clear and understandable manner, using visualizations and narratives as needed.Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Assist the Head of Shared Services to design and implement agile, scalable processes that anticipate and adapt to evolving business needs.Skills & Experiences A Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or any major.Excellent skills in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Office.Advanced level of English language skills in written and oral communicationExcellent analytical skillsDetail oriented and able to work with a large amount of dataAdded Advantage if candidate has experience using Data Analytical tools like Power BI to build DashboardAble to multi-task and handling different work assignments at one timeGood understanding of Finance processes and technologyWilling to work on-site in Campinas on a daily basis or relocate to job locationBenefits we offer:Meal voucherFood voucherTransportation voucherLife insuranceHealth and Dental PlanPLR
