Finance Analyst Source Finance EM (N. America) This position reports to Finance Manager NA Supply Chain and is based at Sao Jose dos Campos or Sao Paulo.

What you will do The position relies on building meaningful business partnership with senior stakeholders across the External Manufacturing (EM) categories as well as engaging and driving collaboration with other finance teams in the region supporting other Supply Chain pillars, Franchise support as well as Inventory & Costing center of excellence.
The Senior Financial Analyst - NAM Source EM will provide strong financial support and guidance to the Regional Sourcing Team in strong alignment and collaboration with the Global Source Organization. This position requires both detailed financial & procurement analytics as well as an ability to operate with a big picture perspective to support category managers with complicated negotiation strategies.The candidate will provide strong financial leadership and business partner support to the Consumer NAM Procurement Team while ensuring alignment with Global category strategies. This is a highly visible position that will provide key insights into forecasts and actual results presented to regional and global business leadership.
The candidate will actively drive the transparency and visibility of key financial metrics to business partners including but not limited to Purchase Price Variance (PPV), Cost Improvement Projects, Commodity Inflation/Deflation and Strategic Investments.They will support the procurement team through annual Business Planning as well as quarterly financial updates; building and delivering on comprehensive and stretching budgets for the region focused on maximizing value creation.The candidate will also participate in the annual standard cost setting for the NAM Procurement team and enable robust Year on Year cost change analytics.
A process and innovation mindset will be critical to the success of this role to build, improve and adopt Kenvue Consumer Source Finance processes.
Key Responsibilities · Strong support on financial planning, reporting, and analytics processes for North America Source Direct PPV.
· Business partnering / decision support for the NA Direct Procurement Organization.
· Assess and evaluate Cost Improvement projects (CIPs) to identify value drivers to the financial statements.
· Partner with key stakeholders within Source to meet cost commitments across all areas of PPV.
· Provide support for key compliance activities to ensure adherence to SOX, WWP's and internal policies and procedures.
Qualifications What we are looking for Required Qualifications · Fluent English.
· A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
· A minimum of three (3) years of finance or accounting experience.
· Candidate must possess excellent analytical, conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills.
· The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment.
· Strong communication skills to effectively interact and collaborate with the leadership team.
· Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement operational improvements, work independently.
Desired Qualifications · Experience in supply chain and consumer products industries as well as public accounting.
· Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions).
Other: · This position may require up to 10% domestic travel.
