Finance Analyst (M/W/D)

ShowHeroes is looking for a financial analyst who will play a key role in providing comprehensive operational and financial analysis to drive decision-making within the company. This role involves navigating intercompany transactions with expertise, while understanding accounting principles and recording processes within our ERP tool. As a financial analyst, you will also deal with financial data, extracting insights to increase the company's profitability, solvency, sustainability and liquidity. Tasks Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, forecasts, financial reports, etc.) considering the company's objectives; Posting and checking accounting records in the ERP; Monitor and determine the financial situation by analyzing current results against forecasts; Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance; Managing intercompany operations; Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data; Provide finance assistance to Brazil management; Promote process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function; Monthly and annual financial reporting; Review and correct accounting entries posted by the external accounting company Cash forecast: short and mid term Implement the ERP of the group, and attend its continuing improvements Requirements Undergraduate degree in Accounting or related areas; Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and/or similar Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. Odoo) Knowledge of financial applications software (a plus) Advanced English and/or Spanish Experience in intercompany operations Demonstrated knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnostics, corporate finance and information analysis Knowledge of accounting, tax laws, financial markets and business environments Benefits We are a leading digital media technology company with operations in 25 countries (Europe, Asia, Latin America) We offer a diverse workplace with equal opportunities for all Meal voucher Health insurance Dental plan ½ day off on your birthday Totalpass Mental Health Day Childcare allowance (children up to 6 years old for mothers and fathers who have custody of the children ShowHeroes is Europe's leading, independent provider of video solutions for digital publishers and advertisers.
