Responsibilities and Duties (If the candidate is selected You have to relocate to Indonesia) · Lead a production staff capable of meeting/exceeding the goals of the tobacco manufacturing factories.
· Ensure that all production activities are conducted in alignment with safety, quality and sustainability
initiatives.
· Provide relevant training, coaching, and mentoring to tobacco manufacturing factories site colleagues.
· Conduct regular performance evaluations in accordance with Company policy and provide appropriate
disciplinary measures when necessary.
· Work closely with the factory manager and Brew-master to generate daily production schedules and ensure that they are met.
· Work closely with the factory team to maintain the integrity of the tobacco and ensure there is no contamination. ·

· Interact routinely with the factory team to ensure production schedules meet customers' needs while balancing the age of full goods inventory and minimizing stockout situations.
· Work with the factory team to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of production: brewing, packaging, maintenance and QA/QC.
· Develop performance and productivity metrics for all factory areas and hold factory team members accountable for achieving these goals.
· Look to incorporate elements of lean manufacturing principles as appropriate.
· Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance program for all equipment to maximize overall production efficiency.
· Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers at all levels to meet company goals.
· Develop schedule on performance review (weekly, monthly, and yearly) and identify the gaps.
· Ensure good manufacturing practices that adhere to ISO, Food Safety, and HACCP requirements.
· Monitoring the manufacturing facility is compliance with all regulatory requirements. Drive adherence to safety policies and procedures across the manufacturing facilities.
· Accountable for manufacturing KPI performance and product cost performance.
· Ensure that, as the company grows, manufacturing capabilities meet or exceed all industry and customer requirements in terms of cost, quality, and responsiveness.
· Capable of driving change transformation and strategy execution to achieve specific business results.

Qualifications & Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills, Knowledge, Etc)
· Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Food Technology or similar with at least 5 years of experience in
the tobacco factory manager.
