Fabric Reorder: Responsabilities: 1 - Order operation: from the company's business performance, focusing on the supply chain small single fast return competitiveness to build, continue to optimise the order processing efficiency, material turnover enhancement, inventory reduction 2 - Systematic and continuous optimisation of order demand analysis, from stock management, order processing and exception tracking to complete closed-loop management; 3 - Exception processing and improvement: can accurately identify a series of fabric quality problems and appearance quality problems feedback from the order department, and quickly determine the way to deal with the problem, timely upstream and downstream communication, and put forward solutions for continuous improvement 4 - Supplier management ability: through the delivery of performance data and performance review of pain points and difficulties, to find out the problems of the supplier and collaborate with the supplier to continue to optimise and improve? 5 - System optimisation ability; based on business pain points, use online systems to solve problems and improve operational efficiency 6 - Based on material price fluctuations, cost composition analysis, negotiation with suppliers, and continuously improve the competitiveness of material prices Requirements: 1 - Bachelor degree or above, majoring in textile dyeing and finishing is preferred; more than 3 years of experience in fabric follow-up or development is preferred 2 - Familiar with the Brazilian fabric market, high familiarity with fabric order following business, able to make corresponding judgement according to the needs of upstream and downstream departments; 3 - Strong communication and coordination skills, learning ability, with hard-working and teamwork spirit, able to withstand a certain degree of intense work pressure; 4 - Familiar with the use of EXCEL, WORD \ X-mind and other office software, skilled use of SCM \ SAP \ PLM and other systems preferred; 5 - Good data analysis skills, able to dig business pain points from the figures and provide support for decision-making; 6 - Fluent in oral and written English.
