Working at Octapharma means to have an opportunity to contribute to our common goal - developing lifesaving therapies to improve patients' lives.**Location**: Brazil, Rio de Janeiro**Position**: Export Analyst & Regulatory**Your role**:A highly motivated and experienced professional to join the Export/Import Logistic Team with a dot line at Regulatory in Brazil.During the maternity leave this position will assume as main role the areas of monitoring national plasma logistics (Service provider) in coordination with Blood Banks Department, conduct and manage the international Plasma Expedition to Europe; follow up the plasma Production in Europe and manage the return of final product to Brazil. Finally assist the Regulatory Department at Octapharma Brazil.***Your main responsibilities and opportunities**:Self Sufficiency - Toll Manufacturing ProjectCoordinate and manage the entire logístical process regarding plasma export, including:- National Logistic preparation and Plasma Collection- Monitoring plasma collection in the blood centers to a warehouse in Recife for sorting and assembly the plasma pallets that will be destined for Europe;- Maintain continuous records regarding the quantities of collected bags, monthly plasma forecast in liaison w/Octapharma BOO Dep.- Manage the local Service Provider hired to collect plasma at Blood Centers, including keeping updated dossiers with the qualifications and temperature sensor calibration of the Service Provider fleet.- National Logistic preparation in containers and international Plasma expedition:- Establishment of the sea containers schedule and used logistic equipment, guarantying the cargo safety and transport in the cold chain temperature required;- Coordinate and manage with the local carrier, broker, truck fleet and shipowner.- Compile and assess plasma export documentation. (e-file, Test certificate, Packing list, loading map, TTCS, commercial invoice, DUE, MS/ANVISA approval; Booking confirmation and Seawaybill.- Accompany the loading/ stuffing day of containers at the Client Recife warehouse and manage its transference until Salvador Port.- Accompany the unloading of containers at the Port and monitor with Client broker all customs proceedings.- Ensure the transfer of plasma cargo until Arlandstad, Stockholm, via Hamburg Port by tracking ETD's & ETA's;- Compile shipping documents to Stockholm (booking; Seawaybill; packing list; Loading Map; TTCS; ETA and ETD).- Obtain temperature assessment of the shipment and notify Client.- Monitoring of production:- Monitor creation of minipools and progress of testing in the PCR laboratory to carry out NAT tests - Stockholm and accompany screening activities in Vienna.- Compile Monthly Production Reports for Client.- Continuously monitor production in Vienna: plasma fractionation forecast, production, pooling, basic fractionation, intermediate paste stocks until final product is obtained;- Logistic preparation and International Shipment of the Finished Product:- Order Placement (POs) in the FIORI system and daily management of the Order Book with liaison w/ Customer Dep.- Compile and verify the final documentation of each final produced batch from the Quality Control deps.- Verify Packaging Material requirements.- Request flight bookings with Import Deps. of Vienna and Dessau.- Follow the shipment date and proceedings of the final product until its arrival at destination.- Daily interaction with Production, CS, Allocation, Packaging and Import departments.- Guarantee cargo removal from the Airport, support in handle of customs proceedings, monitor cargo temperature.- Monitor Import License; Import Declaration and Commercialization deferral.- Extract temperature charts according to implemented procedures in liaison with Regulatory Dep.- Accompany the removal of each final product samples for testing in a Lab in Brazil.- Maintain good track record by compiling all records in sharepoint and Callidus.- Manage Import Department - including sales & shipments to MOH; local Distributor and Court Orders- Participation at the Octapharma Group Meetings:- Forecast Meetings representing Brazil.- Global Demand Review Sales Meeting representing Brazil w/ General Manager- Update of sales prices quarterly in the Market Trakker tool w/ dep. Commercial and Marketing.- Help gather, at the request of the Regulatory Dep., pricing of Octapharma products for local registration with CMED.- Monthly Administrative Tasks- Prepare Sales Budget of Octapharma Brazil.- Monitor Net Sales Margin Contribution. Budget vs Forecast.- Elaborate and update contracts at Octapharma LCM legal archiving
