Executive Assistant With Finance Expertise (Media Company)

Company Description:Vantage House is a full-service media agency that focuses on podcast production from concept to distribution. Our in-house podcast, The Delve, is now in the top 5% of global podcasts, and we've recently finished our 7th season. We are currently looking to develop a pitch deck to engage with global private equity, venture capital, strategic, and corporate investors.Role Description:This is a contract role for an Executive Assistant with finance expertise at Vantage House, located in São Paulo, SP. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, coordinate schedules and meetings, manage travel arrangements, and handle confidential information. This role requires a strong background in finance to assist with preparing investor materials. This is a hybrid role, with flexibility for remote work.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and interviewsAssist with HR activities and onboarding processesSupport the development and execution of the internship programPrepare materials and presentations for investor meetingsHandle administrative tasks to ensure smooth operationsManage travel arrangements and itinerariesCollaborate on the development of pitch decks and other investor-related materialsQualifications:Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishProven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar roleStrong background in finance, including experience with investor relationsExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Google Workspace, and other relevant softwareAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentialityBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceEnthusiastic and shows an intense enjoyment and interest in finance mattersDetail-oriented and capable of carrying out given tasks independentlySeeks feedback and perspective from others; knows when to ask for help and guidanceWhat We Offer:Competitive salary of R$6,000 per monthOpportunity to work in a vibrant and growing companyA supportive and collaborative team environmentChance to be part of the launch of The Delve Brasil, our flagship podcast's Brazilian editionWe look forward to hearing from you!Vantage House is an equal opportunity employer.
