Your role will be: You are be responsible to identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth within Process Solutions Latam:Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential markets and customer segments. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients or partners through various channels such as networking. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads.Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers. Cultivate long-term relationships to enhance business opportunities.Strategy Development: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business development strategies and plans aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Identify new business opportunities and formulate strategies to capitalize on them.Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals and pitches to potential clients or partners. Develop customized solutions to address their specific needs and requirements.Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the effectiveness of business development efforts. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports and insights to management.Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes that may impact business development strategies. Continuously expand knowledge and expertise in relevant sectors.Present the company formulation expertise to customers through both face-to-face and virtual interactions. Identify customer needs, assess potential and apply technical expertise to ensure optimal use of technology within applicable regulatory environment. Represent the company in conferences and congresses, delivering in depth presentations and engaging in technical discussions. Demonstrate consultancy with a high-level of expertise in Formulation & Process Materials (for both large and small molecules). Act as ambassador for ONE PS mindset, supporting product beyond formulation scope and supporting PS portfolio as appropriate. Offer technical support to sales staff either through portfolio and/or applications formal training sessions, either by informal coaching interactions. Support marketing campaigns and other customer outreach activities. Who You Are:Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience of related experience in pharma, biopharma industry or relevant field.Master's, PhD or equivalent combination of education and/or industrial experience is desirable. Additional education or experience in Business, Marketing or similar with certification.5+ years of strategy and/or commercial experience in the pharma and biopharma industry.8-year experience in drug formulation, pharmaceutical processing, drug product R&D, or business development in relevant area. Strong understanding of pharma market dynamics in Latin America.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a degree of independence.Previous experience with various sales tools and technology, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office software, Sales Force or other CRM, marketing software, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other social platforms.Collaborative team player Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor in pharma (experience with formulation, industry and R&D)Masters Degree is a plusEnglish and Spanish
