We take energy forward – making it safer, cleaner and more efficient for people and the planet.Partner with the bestYou will be responsible for manufacturing process and T&A, ensure the repeatability of the process, monitoring e control of hours, implement process improvements with focus on quality, HSE and productivity.As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:Work together with a group of highly qualified engineers and technicians developing scripts and manufacturing methods, focusing on machining, welding, heat treatment, coating, assembly and pressure testing.Develop more efficient product manufacturing methods (safety, cost and time).Develop, budget, order and commission devices, accessories, equipment and tools that contribute to a more effective production process.Manage production line times and methods using the MTM tool - Method and Time Measurement.Critical analysis of planned x executed hours.Identification of gaps andPropose action plans to implement improvements in manufacturing lines.Apply methodologies, DFM, DFA, DFX and Lean Manufacturing to perform your activities and provide continuous improvements.Apply quality and process management tools for mapping and redesigning production lines, such as SIPOC, VSM, AS IS-TO BE, production line KPIs, spaghetti diagram, interference diagram, gap analysis, etc.Guide and support the manufacturing team in search of more efficient processes and ensure the operation adheres to procedures.Manage CAPEX projects.Work on non-conformity management and root cause analysis.Prepare necessary technical documentation at all stages of the process, such as technical specifications, procedures, CAD drawings, supplier due diligence reports, commissioning/customer acceptance reports, manufacturing and inspection scripts, etc.Promote preliminary manufacturing studies for the composition of manufacturing hours (machining, welding, inspection, coating, assembly and testing).Support long-term planning with the necessary technical information and manufacturing roadmaps.Comply with and encourage best quality and HSE practices within manufacturing activities, maintaining continuous contact with the respective functions, in order to mitigate any risk of poor quality, safety, and the environment.Work in compliance with the company's policies and procedures relating to quality, health, safety and the environment, ensuring that they are practiced by employees, suppliers and third parties, reporting any non-compliance, accident, incident or potential risk situations.Interrupt any unsafe or harmful situations that are harmful to quality, the environment, health and safety, based on attitude, training, leadership and commitment.Manage pressure testing devices in accordance with relevant procedures.Promote pressure testing trainingFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Bachelor's degree engineer (active CREA).Desired experience in Repair Development.Desired knowledge in methodology Lean ManufacturingTechnical knowledge on subsea production equipmentTechnical knowledge on manufacturing processTechnical knowledge on welding processAdvanced EnglishHave effective teamwork abilities with strong interpersonal skillsHave ability to think customer-first and effectively prioritize as requiredWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
