We're seeking a highly analytical leader who excels in both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, collaborating with leadership to ensure our Total Rewards Strategy aligns with company goals. This position requires the ability to think strategically while having the enthusiasm to "roll up your sleeves" and execute tactically.Partnering with leaders to standardize and manage the company's compensation program, ensuring alignment with our philosophy and market benchmarksLeading the compensation review process, including budgeting and analyzing external market data, in collaboration with the VP of People and other team leadsOversee benefits and well-being programs, including annual renewals, to ensure competitiveness, cost-effectiveness, and a best-in-class team member experienceConducting research, analysis, and modeling to support the design of impactful compensation and benefits programsMaintain relationships with vendors and advisors to manage compensation and benefits plan design and administrationValidating the effectiveness of compensation and benefit programs to ensure market competitiveness and business objectives are metManaging compensation projects from design through delivery, including budgeting, financial modeling, and communicationManaging internal compensation and benefit system structures and workflowsWhat We're Looking For7-10 years of compensation and benefits experienceStrong project management skills, with the ability to translate vision into action and an ability to handle multiple projects at once with competing prioritiesExperience evaluating and implementing compensation, benefits, and equity solutionsFamiliar with supporting distributed teams while working across different time zones and geographiesStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking acumen with an ability to make timely, effective, ethics-based decisionsExceptional influencing, communication and stakeholder management skillsBonus PointsCertified Compensation Professional (CCP) certificationExperience using compensation and benefits modules in ADP Workforce NowSo come and join our team - because every role is a big role in our plans to go big.TI proudly supports a diverse workforce, and we encourage candidates from underrepresented groups to apply.
