Job SummaryThis position will be responsible for analyzing markets to determine potential opportunities, developing marketing plans and technical support programs, leading key projects, and providing ideas, concepts, and approaches to help our commercial sales team meet the needs of our customers. Through the management of the Phibro Animal Health (PAH) portfolio, create and build economic value for the Phibro products as measured by: market penetration, revenue growth, margin and income growth, customer retention, and new market development. Provides support in the control of the development and marketing of Poultry, Swine, Cattle, and Aquaculture to support Phibro as a leader in animal nutrition and health.
Is part of this job to be responsible for maintaining branding standards among Phibro business units in the South America Region and plan and coordinate the activities of the marketing and technical managers who you will partner with the Global Marketing Team aligning and customizing Global strategies within the South America Region.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwnership of PAH product growth, development, and profitability in the global animal health marketplace.Develop a comprehensive market strategy that leverages existing product portfolio and resources to meet immediate and emerging needs of the industry.Develop and implement marketing plans that support and drive business success, defined as sustained, profitable sales and market share growth.Segment customer base and align resources to meet needs; design and implement the CRM project for the different business units.Identify and capitalize on synergies in the NFA, MFA, and biological segments of the total product portfolio.... Essential Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Veterinary doctor or Life Science.
Experience in Animal Health and Nutrition Industry.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
