Director, Human Resources - Latin America ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Americas is seeking an experienced and energetic senior level Human Resources executive for the recently created Latin America Segment. This position will report to the SVP and Head of Latin America Segment with responsibilities for the Latin America based subgroups, primarily in Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Costa Rica, Mexico, Peru, and some surrounding areas. Job summary: As Director of Human Resources – Latin America, you will oversee strategic projects for the Latin America Segment while delivering comprehensive human resources analysis to improve the performance of HR as a strategic business function. While providing professional support to the day-to-day HR operations of the Latin America Segment, you will have the opportunity to partner with key stakeholders to ensure the organization's current HR requirements are met and the HR strategy is effectively implemented. Qualifications: A degreed professional with a proven record of achieving markedly improved results in Human Resources roles with increasingly broader responsibilities, preferably within the manufacturing sector and multisite. Strong interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for talent. The ability to travel 50%. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate thoughts and ideas throughout all levels of the organization. Executive presence and excellent presentation skills.
