We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role you will: Provide Onsite support according to site categorization to provide operational and technical support.Troubleshoot and resolve Incidents and Problems associated with EUC Equipment and Software, and provide break/fix support, advice, and assistance to Authorized UsersExcellent IT hardware troubleshooting skills in Windows 10/11 OS MS Office, Outlook troubleshooting shooting, and basic networking skillsVideo Conferencing/Projector/basic printer troubleshootingCoordinate with the third-party vendors as necessary to keep equipment and software in good working order.PC Asset Support: Add, Move, Change, Update, and Reassign laptop/desktop devicesManage hard and soft break-fix services for laptops and desktops. Laptop and Desktop support admin with PC cycle and IMACD experienceWhat do we expect from you?Experience with deploying software and Hardware in the end-user computing areaExperience with troubleshooting and deploying end-user compute including Laptop/ Desktop/Notes/O365/ Hardware/COTS and Mobile applicationsExperience with troubleshooting on Application SupportExperience with troubleshooting VPN software and Collaboration toolsExperience with troubleshooting Password Reset tools and Remote Control toolsStrong knowledge of Microsoft-based operating systems with an emphasis on Windows 10, Windows 11, and MS OfficeWorking experience in ServiceNowExcellent communication skills (Local language is MUST along with English)Knowledge of Service Management / ITIL process What can you expect from us?
