The ideal scenario to expand ideas through the right tools, contributing to our success in a collaborative environment.We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst who wants to learn and transform his career.In this role you will:Provide Onsite support according to site categorization to provide operational and technical support.Troubleshoot and resolve Incidents and Problems associated with EUC Equipment and Software, and provide break/fix support, advice, and assistance to Authorized UsersExcellent IT hardware troubleshooting skills in Windows 10/11 OSMS Office, Outlook troubleshooting shooting, and basic networking skillsVideo Conferencing/Projector/basic printer troubleshootingCoordinate with the third-party vendors as necessary to keep equipment and software in good working order.PC Asset Support: Add, Move, Change, Update, and Reassign laptop/desktop devicesManage hard and soft break-fix services for laptops and desktops.
