Demand Planning Analyst

Position : Demand Planning Analyst Location: Pouso Alegre, MG - modelo presencial Reports to: Supply Planning Manager As the Demand Planning Analyst you will be responsible for the development and analysis of Demand Planning process for Outdoor & Recreation operations and coordinate decisions related with Forecast, Forecast Accuracy & Inventory levels. Responsibilities Oversee demand planning and management processes for O&R portfolio Provide Support in developing seasonal demand foreasts and anticipate customer reactions to promotions and discounts Develop demand forecasts based on demand patterns, business trends and statistical tools Work with customers, sales & marketing teams and supply chain management to improve forecast accuracy Ensuring business has a steady flow of stock without overcapitalize inventories Suggesting changes to inventory warehousing to meet increased or reduced demand Assist in risk asssesment and mitigation activities Give feedback to sales teams about product availabilities Maintain healthy inventory levels based on future customer demand Address demand related queries and issues (callouts on time) Lead monthly demand review meetings with stakeholders as required Identify opportunities to meet customer demand during constrained supply Maintain demand planning processes and systems ensuring correct S&OP process Identify areas of improvement and recommend action plans Help to reach monthly corporative KPI's _ Requirements Bachelor's degree on Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related Experience in Demand Planning roles Advanced to Fluent in english ERP knowledge (SAP IBP,APO preferred) Knowledge/understanding S&OP process Advanced PC skills with strong proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI High level proficiency with inventory management processes Good organizational and priorization skills Self oriented work and capable to adapt in a multicultural environment Excellent communication skills Desirable Spanish Newell Brands (NASDAQ: NWL) is a leading global consumer goods company with a strong portfolio of well-known brands, including Rubbermaid, Sharpie, Graco, Coleman, Rubbermaid Commercial Products, Yankee Candle, Paper Mate, FoodSaver, Dymo, EXPO, Elmer's, Oster, NUK, Spontex and Campingaz.
