Demand Planning Analyst

Position: Demand Planning AnalystLocation: Pouso Alegre, MG modelo presencialReports to: Supply Planning ManagerAs the Demand Planning Analyst you will be responsible for the development and analysis of Demand Planning process for Outdoor & Recreation operations and coordinate decisions related with Forecast, Forecast Accuracy & Inventory levels.ResponsibilitiesOversee demand planning and management processes for O& R portfolioProvide Support in developing seasonal demand foreasts and anticipate customer reactions to promotions and discountsDevelop demand forecasts based on demand patterns, business trends and statistical toolsWork with customers, sales & marketing teams and supply chain management to improve forecast accuracyEnsuring business has a steady flow of stock without overcapitalize inventoriesSuggesting changes to inventory warehousing to meet increased or reduced demandAssist in risk asssesment and mitigation activitiesGive feedback to sales teams about product availabilitiesMaintain healthy inventory levels based on future customer demandAddress demand related queries and issues (callouts on time)Lead monthly demand review meetings with stakeholders as requiredIdentify opportunities to meet customer demand during constrained supplyMaintain demand planning processes and systems ensuring correct S& OP processIdentify areas of improvement and recommend action plansHelp to reach monthly corporative KPI's_RequirementsBachelor's degree on Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or relatedExperience in Demand Planning rolesAdvanced to Fluent in englishERP knowledge (SAP IBP,APO preferred)Knowledge/understanding S& OP processAdvanced PC skills with strong proficiency in MS Excel, Power BIHigh level proficiency with inventory management processesGood organizational and priorization skillsSelf oriented work and capable to adapt in a multicultural environmentExcellent communication skillsDesirable SpanishNewell Brands (NASDAQ: NWL) is a leading global consumer goods company with a strong portfolio of well-known brands, including Rubbermaid, Sharpie, Graco, Coleman, Rubbermaid Commercial Products, Yankee Candle, Paper Mate, FoodSaver, Dymo, EXPO, Elmer's, Oster, NUK, Spontex and Campingaz.
