If you have a passion for data, crypto, and making a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesArchitect, maintain, and optimize SQL queries on our data warehouses (Redshift and BigQuery) with a special emphasis on tracking and analyzing crypto transactions and user behavior.Define technical requirements and work together with the Data Engineer to validate the data integrations between analytical environments.Implement, maintain, and leverage Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to monitor and analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics, ensuring high-quality data collection practices through efficient tag management and tracking configurations.Manage our data in BigQuery and Redshift, including data cleaning, transformation, and analysis, supporting a data-driven approach to business intelligence.Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reports using AWS Quicksight, Google Analytics, and other visualization tools, providing real-time insights into business performance, user experience, and market trends.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, delivering data-driven insights and recommendations to support product development and optimization.Communicate complex data findings and strategic recommendations effectively across technical and non-technical teams, supporting informed decision-making processes.Apply financial and market analysis to understand and predict trends within the cryptocurrency space, supporting the company's strategic planning and growth initiatives.QualificationsProven experience as a data analyst, with a strong background in SQL, data warehouse, and data visualization tools, ideally within the fintech or crypto industry.Expertise in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, including setup, maintenance, and advanced reporting features.Familiarity with Google BigQuery and AWS Redshift, with experience managing large datasets and performing complex queries in a cloud environment.Demonstrated ability to develop insightful dashboards and reports, translating complex datasets into understandable and actionable information.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to perform detailed analyses and provide data-driven recommendations.Strong communication skills, capable of conveying insights and strategies to a diverse audience.A solid understanding of financial principles and analytics, particularly in the context of cryptocurrency.Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
