OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Operations Analyst to join us as a service provider in our Infrastructure & Security Team!The Cybersecurity Operations Analyst monitor systems to detect and respond to cybersecurity incidents and security threats using Security tools such as MS Defender for Cloud, O365 Defender, MS Endpoint Management, MS Entra ID, and LastPass, and Jira Confluence, SharePoint. Practical skills required include risk management, maintaining firewall controls, security log, infrastructure design, incident management, cyber threat analysis, audit technical documentation.This role also often acts as internal IT auditor, answering cybersecurity questions for Client RFP, penetration and vulnerability tester to find weak spots and vulnerabilities in security networks.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in computer science or information security.Industry experience: 2-4 Years hands-on experience with Azure Platform, IT Audit, IT RFP.Domain: technical English; cloud infrastructure security programs; vulnerability scanners; products integration; audit documentation practices; US & EU regulatory practices;English proficiency required—must be able to speak and write in the language fluentlyKnowledge and understanding of core Microsoft technologies; SOC 2; PCI DSS 4; FedRAMP; ISO 27001:2013; Excel graphs, tables, and data analysis. SMART Goal, 5W2H for action Plan; Root Cause Analysis, Pareto 80/20, ITIL v4 culture engagement.Azure Certification (Microsoft Certification badges): AZ-500: Azure Security Engineer Associate; SC-200: Microsoft Security Operations Analyst Associate; SC-300: Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator Associate.Prior experience working at a Managed Services/IT Services company is preferred, and a background in dealing with global teams and remote teams will be a strong plus!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Working at L2/ /L3level on day-to-day operational security issues, requests and project tasks involving various technologies e.g., VM, VNet, key vaults, RBAC, DevOps, data lake, App services, Databricks, Data Factory, Synapse, SQL Databases, Power BI, public and private IP addresses.Administer security posture, regulatory compliance, workloads protections and others cloud protection (SSO, MFA, spoofing, phishing, spam detection, mail hygiene/encryption, data loss prevention, Identity management, security).Design, implement and troubleshoot Azure Site Recovery, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), security protocols for applications and develop strategies to protect them from cyberattacks.Understands (RCA), documents, and supports the underlying business processes, workflows, data and application platforms that depend on Microsoft services.•Take ownership of issues, with a sense of urgency, and using sound judgement to resolve within service levels.Engage peers in accordance with processes and procedures to create complete solution designs. Develop and communicate task level detail for project plans.•Must be able to effectively coordinate and multi-task across various groups and functional teams inside and outside of the organization.Given the 24x7 nature of Quartile operations, this person will be required to work after hours and on weekends when necessary and provide on-call support for related system issues on a rotating basis with other team members.Programming languages: PowerShell, CLI, bash, JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), Python, T-SQLProducts Integration: •Azure Active Directory with SSO; MS Defender; MS 365 Defender; Office Advanced Protection; Endpoint Management; JIRA; Confluence.
