Purpose of the Job Oxitec Brazil is at the forefront of advancing ground-breaking biological pest control technologies to save lives and improve livelihoods. Known throughout Brazil for our first-in-class Aedes do BemTM mosquito technology, we are now looking for an experienced, dedicated, and passionate CX, Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support us shape how our company expresses its values, principles, technologies, and programs to all stakeholders across all channels, leading to growth and expansion of our commercial sales in both the public and private sectors. The successful candidate will be positive, empathetic, fast-moving, detail-oriented, and passionate about developing innovative and fun ways of communicating our mission, values and principles, while also enjoying coordinating the day-to-day routine (e-commerce campaigns, agencies, social media, press releases, inbound press, Customer Experience actions) and supporting the broader picture (employees, vendors, campaigns, marketing actions, reputation management). The new member of the Oxitec Brazil Marketing and Communication Team will be part of a close-knit group that values integrity in all we do and will proactively work with Sales, Operations, Field and R&D Teams in Brazil to pursue successful results for our company, also engaging with Global Comms and Program Teams in UK. 
Responsibilities Coordinate Public Relations activities in Brazil, managing the PR agency, with the aim of generating awareness and Oxitec's brand reputation, positioning it as a reference in biotechnology solutions. Work in Public Relations for the company's products, announcing new programs and partnerships with governments and companies, launching products and sales channels. Integrate Brazil's communication with the Global Comms Team, maintaining the same narrative across all online and offline channels. Provide communication and marketing support to the Global Comms Team in the development of branding and printed materials, events, social media, etc. Provide full Marketing and Communication support to the Commercial Team's initiatives related to the Aedes do Bem product, with the aim of increasing the customer base, generating awareness and boosting sales through creative and low-cost campaigns for B2G, B2B and B2C markets. Proven experience in e-commerce to plan, develop, schedule, launch and manage campaigns for e-commerce, proposing optimization actions based on data analysis. Create an email marketing campaigns for e-commerce, with the aim of encouraging repurchases through and reducing churn rate. Responsible for coordinate corporate and product social media profiles in Brazil, with the focus on generating engagement, awareness and provide information for all users. Present the solution in a friendly and didactic way, generating new B2G, B2B and B2C leads. Coordinate weekly newsletter campaigns, with the aim of keeping the user base engaged and active. Select and manage vendors, as appropriate, in the communications, marketing and public relations. Routinely provide management information reports to detail the KPIs/metrics related to marketing campaigns, sales and revenue targets. Manage or support engagements with a range of community, civil society, environmental and sustainability groups, and other important stakeholders. Develop and manage corporate materials, presentations, and other brand elements important to ensure consistency across the company and its various programs. Coordinate the Customer Experience, by monitoring opened tickets via Zendesk. Monitor CX dashboard, providing a weekly report to the leadership in Brazil, with aim of direct and monitor action plans with the responsible areas, in order to guarantee the best experience for B2G, B2B, B2C clients and distributors. Be always ready and willing to provide full support to the Country Director and where relevant to global efforts in support of the company's goals and objectives locally and internationally. Skills, Experience, and Education Requirements At least 5 years of experience in Marketing and Communication Coordination, and extensive experience developing internal and external programs or initiatives from scratch, using creativity and resourcefulness to generate results. Strong IT skills with the ability to use Office 365 systems and MS Office Package. Desirable knowledge in systems: Shopify, Bling, Rd Station and Zendesk. Desirable knowledge, Canva, Photoshop, social media platforms, and ability to manage hosted websites and e-commerce platforms. Advanced English. Have clear communication, social acumen to build strong, trustworthy business networks across the market. Behavioural Requirements Commitment to and passion for the Oxitec mission: inspired to market products that make a measurable impact on real lives. Results-driven and passionate about generating adoption of innovative products and creating successful outcomes. Humble, empathetic, and resilient - understanding the customer's need while communicating with conviction and maintaining a positive attitude. Entrepreneurial mindset - understanding of the company's needs, motivated by the challenge of delivering new products/services/solutions to market while continuously working on continual self-improvement. Responsive to the needs of an international business working across different time zones, adapting working patterns in-line with business requirements. Able to navigate external & internal interactions with tact and diplomacy, projecting credibility through clear and concise communication when promoting ideas or managing conflict situations. Excellent communications and negotiation skills centred on building trust, operating with respect, transparency, and integrity always. Apply for this position First Name
