And candidates who can work on weekends are preferred!Job Responsibilities:1. Reply to user inquiries online and answer user questions;2. Collect and feedback user suggestions;3. Deal with abnormal problems of user feedback;4. Feedback and handling of daily user reports;5. Review the information submitted by users and other information of the platform, and clear the violation informatio;6. Collect feedback of violation information and assist to optimize the violation thesaurus.Job requirements:1. College degree or above, major is not limited;2. Skilled use of excel, word and other work software, typing speed;3. Strong ability of understanding and hard-working. Be able to adapt to shift work;4. Strong sense of responsibility;
