To learn more, visit Lumileds.com. Position Summary: Handle incoming customer inquiries via email and EDIs in a professional and courteous manner. Provide accurate and timely information to Sales Team regarding order status. Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem resolution to ensure a positive experience. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed. Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management. What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications): 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently as a self-starter. Flexibility and a positive attitude with a willingness to take on diverse tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in SAP. A results-driven mindset. Ability to speak, read and write in English.
