Excellent spoken and written Portuguese. Any additional language is considered an advantage;- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education;- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and possess basic computer skills;- Previous sales experience and strong organizational skills;- Proven ability to achieve sales quotas and work well under pressure;- Capability to analyze call center reporting;- Ability to deliver high results and achieve a positive customer service experience;- Sell MSC Cruise vacation packages to direct customers, employing selling skills and utilizing product knowledge to effectively present MSC Cruises products;- Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and existing guests;- Maximize all opportunities in the process of the sale;- Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction;- Meet assigned annual sales quota and other relevant individual and departmental KPIs;- Assist in departmental sales efforts to move soft sailings and last-minute inventory;- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments;- Adherence to schedule, objectives, and goals.Other duties as assigned by management;VISA REQUIREMENTS (if any)- right to work in Brazil;Part of the MSC Group, MSC Cruises is the market leader in the Mediterranean, South Africa and South America, and sails year-round in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. In 2014, MSC Cruises launched a euro 9 billion, 10 year investment plan to support the second phase of its growth through the order of up to 11 next generation mega cruise ships. As a result, MSC Cruises' fleet will double by 2026, while the passenger capacity will triple to reach five million passengers per year. MSC Cruises is the first cruise company to develop an investment plan of this length and magnitude. MSC Cruises feels a deep responsibility for the environments in which it operates, and was the first company ever to earn the Bureau Veritas "7 Golden Pearls" for superior management and environmental stewardship. In 2009, MSC Cruises began an enduring partnership with UNICEF to support various programmes assisting children worldwide.
