Regardless of your race, belief, sexual orientation, religion, or any other trait, YOU are welcome in all open positions at the largest healthcare company in the world.When You Join Johnson & Johnson, Your Move Could Mean Our Next Breakthrough.**We are searching for the best talent for the Therapeutic Area Market Access Director to be in Brazil, Colombia or Mexico****Purpose**:The Regional Therapeutic Area Market Access Director works through a collaborative approach mostly with global Market Access teams (including pricing, Access policy, HEOR and PRO), regional teams (Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Pricing) and Local Market Access teams to develop and prepare the Market Access plans and strategies for winning launches and to support product's lifecycle.The position has strong impact on the business results and typically, responsibility for managing and influencing a group of multi-functional teams within global, regional and country level where leadership skills are crucial.**You will be responsible for**:- This professional will lead and develop the Market Access, Pricing and Reimbursement plans aligned with the Global Strategies for each key product and indications within a specific group of diseases and therapeutic area, supporting the implementation of those strategies across LATAM through the product's lifecycle.- Develop and integrate regional payer value messages to support product strategies and successful market penetration.- Supports the development of health economics plans for prioritized products and countries in LATAM with the objective to complement the value proposition and submissions to regulators, payers and HTA agencies.- Work collaboratively with the global and regional pricing teams to develop and lead the implementation of the regional pricing strategies for each regulatory and reimbursement landscape.- Provides specific actionable pricing, reimbursement, access recommendations to senior leadership with the objective to support our company's goals.- To provide regional input into global clinical development programs ensuring that relevant endpoints for access stakeholders (i.e., clinical, economic and PROs) are considered to optimize reimbursement journey and ultimately patient access regionally.- To map out opportunities and develop strategies to shape the Health Care agenda through cross-functional external affairs capabilities to broaden access to JJIM products.- Foster our Credo-based culture of innovation and collaboration based on agility and inclusion in all JJIM LATAM Teams.- To map and understand the healthcare systems in the different LATAM markets to develop consistent strategies that can mitigate and accelerate the reimbursement pathways, creating solutions that can be successful in introducing our products into the private and public settings.**Qualifications**:**Qualifications**:- 8+ years of previous experience in Market Access related areas- Education: B.A/B.S required and MsC, MBA or any other post-graduation in related fields (Epidemiology, Economics, Public Health, Health Economics, Hospital Administration, etc) would be considered a plus- English as mandatory however Portuguese and Spanish would be a plus.- Previous background in working with those disease areas (neurosciences, cardiovascular, metabolism and gene therapies) would be considered a nice to have.- Experience in developing and managing regional market access strategies.- Experience in monitoring payer trends and evaluating key drivers.- Knowledge of pricing policies & regulations and healthcare systems in LATAM key markets- Understanding of regulatory agency requirements or policies that govern market approval, and the impact on reimbursement decisions.- Working knowledge of health economic modeling, epi models, scientific writing would consider an additional value to the position.
