As a leading agriculture company, we are dedicated to innovation and excellence in our field, and we are looking for an individual who shares our passion for leveraging technology to drive business success.**Responsibilities**:Perform routine maintenance and updates on the Salesforce platform.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement solutions.Support the Development and customization of Salesforce functionalities to meet the needs of the organization.Implement best practices for Salesforce administration and configuration.Provide user support and training as needed.Manage Salesforce integrations with other systems.Create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.**Qualifications**:**Requirements**:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Business Administration or related fields.Proficiency in English (written and verbal)Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and administration.Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies and tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are a plus.
