We're on the lookout for a talented and experienced remote Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our awesome CRO team. We work exclusively with e-commerce stores, so if you've got experience in that field, we'd love to hear from you!
As a CRO Specialist, you'll be taking care of:
Diving into conversion research (both qualitative and quantitative).Putting together reports with all the cool findings.Grouping findings to make sense of them.Coming up with hypotheses based on the data.Creating an A/B testing roadmap and working with the team to make it happen. In a nutshell, you'll be responsible for conversion research, creating a roadmap, and working with the team to bring it to life.

>2 years of experience in UX/CRO/Landing Page Optimization.The ability to consistently work 40 hours per week (160 hours per month).Availability and responsiveness during 13:00 - 15:00 CET Time (Mon-Fri).Fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing (no need to be a native speaker).The skill to juggle multiple projects at once.A good grasp of Google Analytics.An understanding of web design and usability basics.The ability to create wireframes for landing pages.The ability to work in a fast paced agency environment.You should be avalable to start this posiiton within 2 weeks.
