Within the area, our Ownership Solutions teams work proactively to offer the best aftersales products to our consumers, delivering outstanding experiences in order to make them loyal ambassadors to our brands. What you'll do: As a Controller Supervisor, you will be the financial focal point for the Ownership Solutions product line in the region, managing actions such as financial planning, cost and price analysis as a financial partner to the business. In detail, you will: Elaborate and contribute to reports and analysis of the Ownership Solutions financial for Latin America, gathering information to subsidize the leadership team's decision-making; Elaborate and analyze various projections, incorporating comparative analysis and evolutionary studies in order to identify and clearly show deviations, risks and opportunities; Support the team on creating reports for profitability analysis of the project portfolio; Elaborate, lead and monitor the execution of action plans to correct deviations and mitigate risks, alongside with multifunctional teams and different areas; Create and ensure financial reliability for Business Plans and Business Cases, providing financial strategic coverage to investment decisions as well as elaborating post-investment reviews; Contribute continuously and actively to continuous improvement projects in the matters of your expertise. Who you are: You have: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics or related areas (post-graduation and/or MBA are a plus); Solid experience with Financial Planning & Analysis in a multinational company (experience as Product Line Financial Analyst is an important plus); Experience with cost analysis and economic/financial modeling; Solid knowledge of financial concepts and analytic tools (e.g. VPM, bridges, horizontal analysis, etc.); Knowledge of investment viability evaluation; Knowledge of BPC, other BI tools and/or SAP are a plus; Advanced Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) Advanced English; Intermediate Spanish. Where you'll be: You will be based at the Curitiba administrative office.
