Our Team CapCut team's mission is to inspire video creation by providing users with a wide range of video editing functions and easy-to-use video templates. We aim to build the best and most localized editing experience, to help users catch up with the trend and express themselves. - Responsible for the video template iteration strategy output, to improve CapCut content experience on daily trends, template diversity and creativity editing. - Build up and develop efficient execution plans and workflow for team members. And be responsible for content target completion. - Collaborate with different teams, like MKT, Product, TikTok etc, to enhance user awareness and product impact in the local market. Job Description: - 5+ years of working in local operations and team management, experienced in content production and development. Work experience of short video industry preferred. - Familiar with digital content eco-system and data analytics. Expert knowledge of pop culture and social media trends. - Experienced in cross-team collaboration and project management. - Fluent in English, highly committed to the position, and experience working in a remote online collaboration environment.
