Their goal is to provide reliable and sustainable energy solutions to help meet the growing demand for power around the world.Location: The Commercial Manager will be based in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro ResponsibilitiesThe primary objective of the Commercial Manager is to oversee sales, proposals, pricing, contracts, and revenue generation. Alongside the CEO, the Commercial Manager will also act as a Strategy builder to expand footprint in the Brazilian territory.Developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitabilityIdentifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the energy industryNegotiating and managing contracts with clients and suppliersMonitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform decision-makingManaging a team of sales and business development professionalsEnsuring compliance with regulatory and industry standardsAnalyzing financial data and preparing reports for senior managementCollaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectivesBuilding and maintaining relationships with key stakeholdersDeveloping and implementing pricing strategies to maximize revenueEvaluating and mitigating risks associated with commercial activitiesLeading the development and execution of marketing campaignsMonitoring and optimizing sales performance by analyzing key metricsManaging budgets and forecasting sales targetsConducting market research to identify customer needs and preferencesImplementing customer relationship management systems to track sales activityAssessing market competitiveness and recommending strategies for improvementParticipating in industry conferences and networking eventsDeveloping and delivering presentations to clients and stakeholdersMentoring and coaching team members to maximize performance and career growth.RequirementsProven track record in energy sector (power generation), utility scale projects.Proven experience in proposals preparations (technical / economic / legal), including cost estimationDesign of storage systems, solar and/or hybrid power plants, gas power plantsSupport sales team with scope of supply and pricing strategy, leading proposal preparation and manage RFP/RFQ responseSolid experience in pricing strategy, including renewables power plants, hybrid solutions, fuel consumption, engines efficiencyAvailability to travel 50% of the timeCapability to work under pressure and closely with other areas of the company (supply chain, operations, finance, HR)Experience in closing new contractsCapable of read and draft electrical drawingsKnowledgeable in local utility systems and interconnection requirements for generatorsParticipate site visits, have meetings with clients and suppliers to support proposals preparationPreferred existing relationships with regional EPCs and Key equipment suppliersMedium-voltage system design and construction background is desirableEnglish / Spanish fluent: written, verbal and readingProven international experience executing work in Latin American countriesStrategic and analytical mindsetSE# 510653755
