We are seeking an experienced and skilled Commercial Leads Generation Executive to join our succesful team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating high-quality leads, a deep understanding of B2B sales processes, and the ability to effectively engage and nurture potential clients. The role requires a proactive individual who can identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue. Responsibilities - Lead Generation: Identify, develop, and qualify new business opportunities through various channels including online research, networking, and direct outreach. - Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential leads and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. - CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on leads, contacts, and activities to ensure effective pipeline management. - Prospecting: Utilize cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other strategies to engage with potential clients and schedule meetings for the sales team. - Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with our services and products. - Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities, results, and insights to the scompany CEO. - Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries, maintaining consistent communication to convert prospects into qualified sales opportunities. - Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate leads and promote the brand. Qualifications - Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a lead generation or similar role within a commercial/B2B environment. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. - Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. - Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), lead generation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. - Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues. - Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently to achieve targets. - Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Preferred Qualifications - Industry Knowledge: Experience in consulting services leads generation and familiarity with its unique challenges and opportunities. - Advanced Tools: Knowledge of advanced lead generation tools and techniques, including automation and AI-driven platforms. - Certifications: Relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or lead generation are a plus.
