In 2023 alone, Darkroom was named #358 on the Inc. 5000 fastest growing companies and a top 1% performance marketing agency by Varos.As a Partnership Manager you'll report directly to our Director of Partnerships and be responsible for generating net new opportunities by leveraging interpersonal relationships with technology, venture capital, private equity, agency, and individuals within the digital marketing ecosystem. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining these relationships, iterating and improving on partner strategies, and assisting sales and marketing with relevant collateral and follow up.**_ This is a fully remote role supporting a team in EST time zone._****What You'll Do**:- Meet with ecosystems partners to generate leads- Oversee partner and event strategy- Maintenance of deals in Hubspot- Provide support with sales collateral- Follow up with prospects moving through the sales process**Who You Are**:- Bachelors Degree in Communications or similar- 3+ years managing partnerships in the DTC ecosystem (Agency experience preferred)- Experience working within CRMs (Hubspot preferred)**Personality & Personal Traits**:- Outgoing personality- The ability to integrate into a fast-paced sales environment- Strong interpersonal skills and desire to grow your network- Detail oriented and overly organized**What Its Like to Work for Darkroom**:We're building the future of advertising and are looking for the minds to help us do it.
