Our approach is a combination of flexibility and advanced fintech developments with the transparency, stability and reliability of traditional banking.As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager & Business Development Manager to join our team.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the high-risk sector.- Identify and target new business opportunities in the industry.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends.- Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote our payment solutions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful client onboarding and ongoing support.- Provide input and feedback to improve our products and services based on client needs.- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.**Requirements**:- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and business development within the payments, iGaming, Gambling, or Betting industry.- Fluent in English; proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is a strong asset.- Strong understanding of the payment landscape and trends within the high-risk sector.- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Willingness to travel extensively for business trips.- Schengen Visa or EU residence required for international travel.- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.**Compensation**:This is a remote position with a competitive compensation package, including a fixed base salary (**3500 euros gross per months**) and a motivated revenue-sharing component. The revenue-sharing component will be tied to individual and team performance, offering significant earning potential for high achievers.**Salary**: R$18,786.00 per month**Experience**:- Fintech: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)- Spanish (required)
