In addition to that, you will also have responsibility over Account Management of those new business opportunities generated.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Build new business and strong partnership with clients.Generate business opportunities based on leads and intelligence from specific sectors of the Industry.Organize and attend Sales Meetings with potential and existing Clients to expand the Company's portfolio.Organize and coordinate resources in order to execute successful delivery of the Recruiting/Staffing services.Market selective resources to targeted prospective clients.Successfully navigate small, mid-size to large organizations.Communicate, retain, and support existing and placed resources.Work with clients to ensure their standards, protocols and expectations.Participate in creating BD and marketing strategy and documentation for specific clients.QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 3 years of experience in Business Development and Account ManagementMinimum 3 years of experience supporting IT start-ups, mid-sized to major accounts.Extensive networking skills or having exiting network with IT or Finance companies in the assigned territories.Extensive outbound sales skillsExcellent verbal and written English communication skills.Very strong teamwork, time management and allocation.Work experience with CRM or Applicant Tracking System, and MS Word.Experience in Staffing Services (contract and permanent) in Information Technology, Finance, or Procurement services is plus.Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Business, IT, Engineering, Psychology or Human Resources or minimum three years of direct experience in the sales field.We thank all candidates in advance.
