Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
• Conduct detailed analyses to identify gaps, optimization opportunities, and solutions to business problems.
• Develop clear and concise requirement documentation, including use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Assist in designing and implementing technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate working meetings to ensure alignment among stakeholders.
• Actively participate in the project lifecycle, from conception through implementation and post-implementation.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Provide support and training to end users as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on medium to large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in requirement elicitation techniques such as interviews, workshops, document analysis, etc.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose solutions.
• Practical knowledge of business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with different stakeholders.
• Experience with data visualization and analysis tools like Tableau, Power BI.
• Advanced English
