We're looking for a talented and passionate Senior Business Analyst, to join CAF's Business Operations team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making processes within the organization. Focused on Customer Experience and Product Optimization, you will leverage your analytical skills and business acumen to extract meaningful insights from data, enabling the company to enhance its offerings and exceed customer expectations.What you'll doData Analysis and Interpretation:Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement. Provide actionable insights related to customer behavior, product performance, and market dynamics.Customer Experience Enhancement:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and improve the overall customer journey.Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance customer satisfaction.Product Optimization:Evaluate product performance metrics and recommend optimizations to meet business objectives.Work closely with product development teams to implement data-driven enhancements.Reporting and Visualization:Create and maintain insightful reports and dashboards to communicate findings to key stakeholders.Ensure data visualizations are clear, concise, and aligned with business objectives.Strategic Decision Support:Collaborate with leadership to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.Support the development of long-term business strategies based on data analysis.Continuous Improvement:Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business intelligence.Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to the continuous improvement of BI practices.What you'll needProven experience (3+ years) in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.Strong proficiency in data analysis tools.Experience with BI and data visualization tools.Excellent communication (English and Portuguese) and collaboration skills.About CAFWe exist to ensure that no one impersonates anyone else.
