Our client is a leading international commodities brokerage specialized in grain and oilseeds for the agricultural trading industry. To support the company's regional expansion, we are seeking experienced BROKERS to develop and manage the trade of CORN and SOYBEAN across SOUTH AMERICA, while maintaining close liaison with Headquarters, reporting directly to the local Country Manager. Among others, your Mission entails:Brokerage of corn and other grains in Brazil and across South America, establishing relationships with producers, traders, and end-users; Conduct comprehensive market research, understanding supply and dynamics in the South American grain markets: analyzing market trends, defining price updates, executing trades to optimize profitability and market share; Active business support of the local branch, while cooperating closely with the other international brokerage offices; Intel of essential market developments (BRA/SA), keeping updated on agricultural trends, policy changes, relevant economic factors that could impact grain prices and availability; Negotiate and execute grain purchase and sales contracts, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulation and standards; SupportExecution, analyze and manage risks, including price volatility, currency fluctuations and credit risk, developing and implementing hedging strategies; SupportFreight, managing logistics and coordinating with transportation providers; Active contribution to the development of strategic plans for business growth, identifying opportunities for expansion and diversification of brokerage services.Your Talent:Fluent ENGLISH, SPANISH; proven experience in Grain/Oilseeds trading / brokerage expertise in CORN is a PLUS, ; experience fromdry bulk logistics (physical products, coal, wood pellets, grain), or bulk liquids; Understanding of the grain markets and logistics in the South American region; experience at SMEs and/or international brokerages is a PLUS; excellent negotiation and communication skills, stakeholder managementability to analyze complex data and deliver informed trading decisionsfocused on high-quality service execution and efficiencyethic & reliable;availability for travelling neededOur client known for its entrepreneurial spirit and results-driven business culture, offers a diverse & inclusive working environment.All applications will be handled as strictly confidential.
