With over 5 million users globally, OrangeHRM also provides the world's most popular free & open-source HR software to help SMEs elevate their HR processes.**Few of our clients are below**- Eliciting, analyzing and documenting the business requirements from stakeholders.- Designing solutions that meet the business requirements, taking into account technical and financial constraints.- Manage the entire development phase including the resources assigned to the project until transition/closure.- Define a detailed project plan - manage, monitor and ensure the project is executed according to the defined plan.- Proactively prepare for all upcoming deliverables.- Identify risks with the project early and take steps to avoid/minimize the impact of these risks.- Communicating with stakeholders to ensure that they understand the solutions being delivered, and to obtain feedback to improve future solutions.- Creating and maintaining documentation related to the solutions delivered.**Skills and Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science- CIMA or other equivalent qualification- 1-2 years of experience in the software industry- Knowledge in management (Knowledge in project management, business analysis will be an added advantage)- Strong leadership skills with excellent planning, organizing and interpersonal skills- Excellent communications skills- Excellent documentation skills- Ability to face challenges quickly, willing to learn and adapt to new environments- Ability to take responsibility and being committed to deliver results- A strong desire for a career in software project management
