ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity The R&D Packaging Analyst supports the packaging manager in all medium complexity packaging projects for Latam South region - PepsiCo Foods division, with more than 10 countries, will lead packaging projects and will support the packaging manager to deliver initiatives to cover Revenue Management and Promotion Initiatives, besides of support the entire team, in big initiatives.This role leads trials for projects of medium complexity and will assist the manager on projects of high complexity.Furthermore this professional will be involved on packaging specification process, new materials approval and flawless lift and adapt/shift technologies from global packaging team to countries across the region.Your Impact As Analista Pesquisa Desenvolvimento Pleno your functions would consist of:To lead Revenue Management and Promotional initiaves;To identify project and business needs and address it though packaging platforms;To map internal and external packaging technologies available;To develop technical assessments;To support technically local packaging teams;To build timelines regarding the packaging development stream and input to the team.To run trials in plant;To lead and assess shipment tests;To issue trial reports;To lead conversations with suppliers;To support the source site during new packaging implementation;To support the revenue management and promo assessments;To carry out packaging risk assessmentTo build specificationTo develop mechanical drawingsTo produce mock ups for researchTo carry out TSGTo support the operation and procurement team in productivity projectsTo support the Trade marketing team in sales promotion and revenue management portfolioTo know-how to operate SAPTravel to the different plant / co man / sites of PepsiCo in Latam South. QualificationsWho Are We Looking For? Engineering: Materials, Chemical, Production or Mechanical.
