The Controlling Analyst plays a vital role in steering Rental's financial results and operations. As a true business partner, you'll translate numbers into actionable insights. The controlling department acts as a bridge, connecting people, areas, and processes to achieve the business plan.
In this position you will report to the Business Controller Assistant and will collaborate on achieving the finance roadmap for the next years across the five pillars:
Operational efficiencyProcess optimizationStrong business partnershipsAdditionally, you will be the responsible for providing the following support aiming create value to the business: Ensure accurate and timely reporting, adhering to company standards and business needsPrepare, analyze, and present monthly KPIs with clear action plans for addressing deviationsPromote digitalization within the finance department to drive change and enhance efficiencyBecome the central point of contact for audits and Holding supportEager to learn and promote continuous improvement in all aspectsParticipate actively in projects from the group and divisionSafeguard the company assets (Hire Fleet)Drive actions linked to sustainability targetsWhat you can expect from us? What we expect of you? Proven previous experience in business control, finance or accountingUniversity degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a similar discipline who can demonstrate sound knowledge of accounting practicesDynamic and results oriented person, capable of working on your own as well as enjoy being part of a teamStrong analytical skills, good attention to detail and a respect for deadlinesExcellent communication skills.
