Technical Recruiter

**Minimum qualifications**:- 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations, or account management.- 2 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.**Preferred qualifications**:- 3 years of experience in managing pipelines for software engineers.- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, work ethic, integrity, and ability to excel in a demanding environment.- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on diplomacy.- Consultative approach to relationship building.- Collaborative team player with an aptitude for learning new technologies.- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently.**About the job**:Great just isn't good enough for our People Operations team (known elsewhere as "Human Resources").
