As a Middle Technical Recruiter, you'll be:
??the cupid of talent, sourcing, screening, and presenting a dazzling shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
??a social butterfly, charming potential candidates on professional networks and showcasing our amazing employer brand.
We want you to swoop in and make our time-to-hire faster than Cupid's arrow while ensuring we snag the best professionals out there!
Your mission, should you choose to accept it: ??Partner up with customers to understand their strategic and financial goals, and figure out their hiring needs (no psychic powers required!)
??Engage with potential candidates on professional networks like a social media superstar
??Unleash your detective skills to identify qualified candidates using all sorts of sourcing techniques (Sherlock Holmes has got nothing on you!)
??Master the art of parsing specialized skills and qualifications to screen those oh-so-important IT resumes (you'll have the eye of a hawk!)
??Conduct interviews using your secret blend of structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions (you'll make candidates go "Wow!")
??Channel your inner matchmaker and ask current employees and external networks for those golden candidate referrals (spread the love, baby!)
??Keep those candidate databases sparkling clean using our fancy Applicant Tracking System (because organization is the key to your success!)
??Stay in touch with past applicants and let them know about new job opportunities (because everyone deserves a second chance at love!)
??Be a tech trendsetter and stay up-to-date with all the latest gadgets and gizmos (you'll be cooler than the latest TikTok dance!)
We're looking for someone who has IT Recruiter expertise and a magical touch that's been honed for at least 3+ years in LATAM. You need to understand your way around major programming technologies and principles (no code-breaking required, we promise!). Plus, you've got that desire to grow and develop in the recruiting sphere, like a beautiful flower in full bloom.
